Senior Stylist / Amazing Lash Studio Sarasota South
Mikayla has worked for the company for less than a year and in that time, she has truly wowed her clientele! THEY LOVE HER. She is the epitome of hard work and dedication and over the last 11 months she has worked her way to becoming a Senior 2 stylist who is ALWAYS booked. Mikayla has serviced over 400 clients over the last 5 months, 401 to be exact. This is the highest number of services performed by any of our TEJVI Amazing Lash Studio Lash Artists. Beyond her amazing skills and hard work Mikayla is kind, sweet and an amazing employee. Our Sarasota South location is lucky to have her on the team.
Vahan Mehrabyan
Massage Therapist / Hand and Stone Chamblee
Vahan has been a dedicated team member of Hand and Stone for many years. He is constantly looking for ways to grow and one of the most ambitious therapists I have had the pleasure of working with. Vahan's extremely detail oriented, dependable and is the first to communicate to management with any issues. He takes initiative to bring to light ideas that can be implemented to improve the daily flow of the spa. Vahan regularly goes above and beyond to help team members and clients alike. He truly cares about his clients and knows them on a personal level as well as professional. Once Vahan sees a client they are with him for the long haul. I have personally witnessed clients who have followed him from one location to the next. Vahan can perform a wide range of services and consistently maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.

RECIPE OF THE MONTH
What You Need
Salmon
-
4 (6 oz each) salmon filets
-
1/2 tsp kosher salt
-
1/2 tsp black pepper
-
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
-
1/4 tsp blackening seasoning
Sauce
-
3 Tbsp butter
-
2 tsp olive oil
-
6 cloves garlic
-
1/2 cup honey
-
3 Tbsp water
-
3 Tbsp soy sauce
-
1 Tbsp sriracha sauce
-
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Honey Glazed Salmon

How to Make It
Pat salmon dry, then season with salt, pepper, paprika and blackening seasoning (if using). Set aside. Adjust oven rack to middle position, then preheat broiler.
Add butter and oil to a large, oven-safe skillet over MED-HIGH heat. Once butter is melted, add garlic, water, soy sauce, sriracha, honey and lemon juice and cook for 30 seconds or so, until sauce is heated through.
Add salmon, skin side down (if using salmon with skin) and cook for 3 minutes. While salmon cooks, baste frequently with sauce from the pan by spooning it over the top of the salmon.
Broil salmon for 5-6 minutes, basting with sauce once during the broil, until salmon is caramelized and cooked to desired doneness.
Garnish with minced parsley if desired.
